Tom FlemingTom Fleming, Chairman, CEO Aim Companies

“The Aim motto of “Service is our only product" is as true today when that service is delivered by nearly 1,000 team members as it was 30 years ago when it was delivered by the total of, at one time, only six Aim employees."

“Providing that exceptional service is what has allowed us to grow." “Exceptional service in our industry is hard to define but customers know it when they have it. Very few customers call up to thank us because a truck did not break down today or a load was delivered on time." “But at the end of the year they can look back and realize that they have received great service. For providing that service, I want to again thank our Aim employees for a job well done."
