Matt Svancara Named to COO of Aim Leasing Company
In an exciting new development for Aim Transportation Solutions, a family-owned and -operated provider of commercial fleet service, the company is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Svancara to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Aim Leasing Company. With an extraordinary track record of success, a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the transportation industry, Svancara is poised to play an even more important role in Aim’s ongoing growth, expansion and overall success.
In his new position, Svancara will oversee six essential arms of the business: leasing, sales, maintenance, rental, marketing, ProShop and asset purchasing.
Svancara has been with Aim for nearly three decades, starting his career in sales and steadily climbing to his most recent station as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Throughout this time, Matt has routinely demonstrated his natural leadership skills, his keen eye for the big picture, his scrupulous attention to detail, his strength of character (perhaps shining brightest in times of hardship), and his unparalleled warmth and attentiveness toward his team members, customers and vendors. It’s because of these qualities that Aim’s ownership believes Svancara is the perfect choice to fill this critical role as Aim’s new COO.

Matt Svancara holds a BA in finance and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. He has been in the commercial transportation business for more than 35 years. He began his Aim career in 1996 as a District Manager and would go on to earn a series of promotions, including Regional Manager, Region Vice President and Regional Vice President for the Midwest. Prior to being named Aim Leasing Company's COO, he operated as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for seven years with the mission of driving the company’s overall revenue retention and growth.
Matt has been awarded the distinguished honor of qualifying for NationaLease’s Masters Club 10 consecutive years in a row. He was also inducted into the NationaLease Masters Club Hall of Fame.

In Matt’s free time, he enjoys working out, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Patty and adult sons, Matthew and Colin, and daughter-in-law, Kayla.
