Leadership Mahoning Valley is an extensive ten-month leadership training program that incorporates key community concepts, current leadership trends and unique training opportunities. Each year, the program’s selection committee carefully chooses a handful of exceptional individuals for this transformative journey, and Aim Transportation Solutions is proud to announce Trisha Mossor, Aim Business Development Manager, has been selected as a member of the Leadership Mahoning Valley Class of 2024. For Trisha, a dynamic and driven individual, this honor signals another achievement on a long list of accomplishments and the beginning of an exciting new chapter in her career.

Trisha’s professional journey has been characterized by dedication, hard work and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and improvement. Hailing from a diverse background encompassing academic successes, professional milestones and a diverse resume, she consistently demonstrates her commitment to personal and professional growth and making a positive impact. That is to say: precisely the kind of individual Leadership Mahoning Valley looks for.

“When I was looking for ways to become more involved with the Mahoning Valley, I knew LMV was it,” Trisha said. “It has every aspect I’m looking to learn about.”

“I am so excited for the future of the Voltage Valley and look forward to making a larger impact,” she added.

Leadership Mahoning Valley formed in 1994. For nearly three decades, its mission has been to identify individuals with varied backgrounds and experience who demonstrate remarkable leadership talent and an unwavering devotion to their community and groom them to be the local leaders of the future. As Youngstown and Northeast Ohio continue to rebound and revitalize, the magnitude of programs and opportunities like this one cannot be overstated.

As a business development manager at Aim in the Youngstown area, Trisha works with local businesses to improve and support their commercial transportation operations. Whether it’s through full-service leasing, commercial rentals, truck maintenance, integrated logistics, freight brokerage or used truck sales, Trisha utilizes her experience, expertise and vast industry resources to provide Aim customers with transportation solutions carefully developed for each unique operation.

Trisha’s ability to think critically and navigate complex challenges combined with her downright likeability has made her a rising star at Aim as well as the local community, so much so that Trisha is affectionately known as “The Truck Lady” to her customers and community members.

You’re likely to bump into Trisha just about anywhere in the Youngstown area. That’s because when she’s not spending time with her husband and their two kids or working closely with her customers, she, as an active and devoted member of the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber, of which Leadership Mahoning Valley is a part of, is regularly participating in events and community outreach to better herself and the region she so proudly serves.
