David Couse has been promoted to business development specialist. He began his career with Aim as a regional rental manager in 2022.
Kerry Langlois was promoted to director of key accounts. He joined Aim in 2004 and had previously been a senior account executive.

Aim Transportation Solutions, a family-owned and -operated provider of commercial trucks and transportation services for more than 40 years, has some big news coming out of their corporate headquarters in Youngstown, OHIO: a new Chief Financial Officer has been appointed.
Aim is privileged to name Harry Shood, former Chief Accounting Officer within the organization, to the role of CFO. Coming off the heels of a record-shattering sales year, Shood, who joined Aim a year ago as the Chief Accounting Officer, has already proven himself to be vital to Aim’s strategic plan for long-term success.
Justin Battisti has been named Aim Transportation Solution’s Controller. Since coming onboard in 2021 as the Assistant Controller, he has been a vital part of Aim’s accounting operation and, by extension, the company’s overall success.
In his new, enhanced role, Justin will work closely with Paul Slater—who was recently promoted to Vice President, Corporate Controller—on all accounting functions, including high-level accounting and managerial accounting.
Aim Transportation Solutions is thrilled to announce the promotion of Paul Slater, MA, CPA, CGMA, to Vice President, Corporate Controller. Since coming on board in 2000, Slater has been instrumental in all of Aim’s accounting functions while being an invaluable leader for several departments, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections, and licensing and permitting.
Please join us in congratulating Dan Kellgren on his promotion to Vice President of Software Development. Dan started his career with Aim Transportation Solutions in 1995 as he was finishing his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Youngstown State University. His first role with Aim was IT Tech Support on a team of three.
From that initial role, Dan worked his way up to Senior Programmer on the software development side before leaving Aim in 2008 for an IT director role at a local entrepreneurial company. Dan returned to Aim in 2013 where he has been serving as the Director of Software Development until being named Vice President of Software Development this month.
Today, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Schuyler to Vice President of Technology at Aim Transportation Solutions.
Schuyler, a life-long Mahoning Valley resident, was born and raised in Liberty, OH, where he still resides. He is a graduate of Liberty High School and Youngstown State University and is the middle child in a family of three boys.
