Aim’s 2017 Maintenance Meeting Awards Standout Team Members

Aim’s annual service managers meeting was held again this year at the Meadows Casino. The meeting was kicked off by Tom Fleming and Terry Dimascio. This was followed by a great presentation on Technician Retention by guest speaker Kelly Anderson, President of Impact Solutions Inc. Next up were several presentations covering Uber, Tires, Emissions, GHG Mandates, ELD, Engine Electronic alerts and more. The day concluded with our awards dinner where the following awards were presented.

Thursday was highlighted by our vendor roundtables, where Volvo, Cummins, Detroit/Freightliner, Navistar, Thermo King and Imperial all did small group presentations on current product issues and future products coming out. The meetings ended with our always lively shop-talk conversation, and the night concluded with the always popular vendor fair, where the service managers got to talk one-on-one with all our major suppliers.
On Friday, the meeting started with sales and maintenance having a very constructive conversation on opportunities both groups are facing. The meeting concluded with the Survivor Service Manager Challenge; our winners are: 1st place is Chris Church, 2nd place is JP Sheehan, 3rd place is Tony Morris.
