Bruce P. Berger, a 28 year employee of Aim Integrated Logistics, has recently been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President. “Bruce heads all operational functions of Aim Integrated Logisitcs – He’s done so for many years. He is a strong leader and has been a crucial part in Aim Integrated’s growth and success” says Chief Operating Officer, David Gurska.
Bruce got his start in the military: After serving four years in the United States Navy, he received his degree from Kent State University. His logistics career began as a dispatcher for Ohio Fast Freight before moving on to Duff Truck Lines as an operations supervisor. During his ten years at Duff Truck Lines he was promoted to terminal manager.
When the opportunity surfaced to join the Aim team, he decided it was a tremendous career opportunity as AIM was just beginning to enter the logistics market. Bruce’s efforts have been instrumental in growing the business from the ground floor to a multi-million dollar asset based logistic company with over 500 employees.
He is an avid cyclist, Cleveland Browns and Ohio State fan and enjoys a relaxing round of golf. His current residence is located in Youngstown, OH where he lives with his wife Cheryl. They hope to retire someday to Orlando where they own a home to be closer to their daughter, Danielle.
