In continuing our commitment to utilizing advancing technology to provide superior customer service, Aim is excited to announce the launch of AimBot, the new chat widget on aimntls.com. The state-of-the-art chatbot is now live and assisting users.

In using AimBot, users can follow a series of clickable prompts to connect to a live Aim representative to answer questions about Aim’s offering of fleet solutions, career opportunities, and more. Live users are available to chat Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, but access to answers for FAQs and other AI-assisted solutions will be available through AimBot 24/7.

Dylan Weirauch Promoted to Toledo Service Manager

Aim Transportation Solutions is thrilled to announce the promotion of Dylan Weirauch to the position of Service Manager at our Toledo, OH shop. Dylan started his career with Aim 10 years ago in 2014 as a diesel mechanic, spending his first 9 years at the Napoleon, OH shop before being transferred to Toledo last year.

As a Service Manager, Dylan will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the maintenance and repair services at Aim’s Toledo shop. He will also take on the roles of supervising staff, maintaining quality control, and supporting continuous improvement of the shop.

Evolving Marijuana Legislation Will Continue to Impact Trucking Industry

The attorney general’s sign-off all but ensures that the drug will be moved in the coming months from Schedule 1 of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), which imposes a complete criminal ban, to the less restrictive Schedule 3. This signals the U.S. government’s departure from an anti-marijuana ideology, which has contributed to the incarceration of millions of Americans. As legislation surrounding marijuana continues to evolve, so will it's impact on the trucking industry.
