Dave Gurska started his career at Aim Transportation Solutions in 1993 in business development, quickly cementing himself as a vital asset to the company and earning a promotion to Regional Vice President in 2000. Aim Founder, Chairman and CEO, Tom Fleming, would go on to task Dave with growing the logistics division of Aim known as Aim Integrated Logistics, making Dave Vice President of Business Development. So successful was Dave in this mission that, in 2014, Mr. Fleming promoted him to his current position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Aim Integrated Logistics.

Aim Integrated Logistics is a total transportation provider. Its Services include dedicated contract carriage, yard management, TMS, warehousing, and as of most recently: 3PL freight brokerage (including FTL, LTL, and expedited services). Aim’s 3PL freight brokerage division was started in June of 2016 from scratch by Dave and his team.

Upon Dave assuming leadership of Aim Integrated Logistics, which at the time was known as Aim Dedicated, he initiated a pivotal rebranding, giving rise to Aim Integrated Logistics as we know it today. This transformation was instrumental, signaling to the industry that Aim was not limited to dedicated logistics; instead, it presented Aim as the all-encompassing integrated transportation solution it is. The strategic move coupled with Dave’s remarkable business acumen shot Aim Integrated Logistics from a blip on the radar to a top 25 logistics company with more than 500 trucks and drivers delivering for customers nationwide.

Dave has gone on to mentor many of Aim’s up-and-comers, and the ripples of his success-driven mindset can be felt throughout the organization. Dave’s journey at Aim serves as a reflection of his loyalty, perseverance, and charisma.

David is an alumnus of Penn State - Behrend in Erie, PA, and in 2006 was inducted into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame for his achievements on the basketball court. Dave resides in Hermitage, PA, with his wife Gina, and they have two children Alexis and Matthew, and two grandchildren. In his free time, Dave likes to spend time with his family and friends and is an avid golfer.
