Harry Shood

Harry Shood holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. Harry began his career in 1993 in public accounting at Hill, Barth & King, Aim Transportation Solution’s CPA firm. His career progression to an executive leader in accounting and finance afforded him the opportunity to work for some of the Youngstown-Warren area’s most innovative companies serving national and global markets.

Harry’s diverse industry experience includes plated steel manufacturing for alkaline batteries and ammunition products, titanium production for aerospace and defense applications, production of aluminum monobloc cans and bottles for consumer-packaged goods, and branded food manufacturing and distribution.

Harry graduated Summa Cum Laude from Youngstown State University in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1995.

Harry joined Aim in 2022 as the Chief Accounting Officer, and one year later was named Aim’s Chief Financial Officer.

He resides in Greenford, OH, with his wife, Jodi, their son, Jacob, and their dog, Bruno. Harry and Jodi’s daughter, Lindsie, is a buyer for Giant Eagle and lives in the Cleveland, OH, area. Jacob is training for a career in the trades.

In his free time, Mr. Shood is active in community-enriching programs through the United Way as well as devoting time to the local Toastmasters chapter (Youngstown Speaking & Leadership), an organization that develops and refines communication and leadership skills. He also enjoys running and biking on the Mill Creek bike path in Canfield, OH, and doing yoga.
