David Couse has been promoted to business development specialist. He began his career with Aim as a regional rental manager in 2022.

            “Since I started at Aim, the team has made me feel like I am part of the family,” he said. “I am blessed to be given the opportunity to continue to learn the business, develop my sales skills and be surrounded by dynamic mentors with years of experience.”

            David holds a bachelor’s degree from Cortland State University in New York. He lives in Stafford, Va., and is the father of twin girls.
