Mike Wall Named to Regional Vice President of Sales
Aim Transportation Solutions is thrilled to announce the promotion of Mike Wall to Regional Vice President of Sales. Mike has been with Aim since 2013 and has been in the transportation industry for nearly 40 years.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree in communications from the University of Denver.
Mike’s role with Aim consists of supporting the sales staff in growing and retaining business in the Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico markets.
“My favorite thing about working at Aim is the people,” Mike said. “It’s a great company to work for mainly because everyone is easy to work with and there’s a real spirit of teamwork to get the job done. It’s all very customer focused.”
Mike would tell anyone looking to start a career with Aim that, “Aim is as it is advertised. When you look at our website, the day-to-day life as an employee is as advertised. There’s no smoke and mirrors. It’s a great family-run company without the red tape, and we get to craft creative solutions for our customers.”
Mike said, “Since starting at Aim, I have learned to shoot for the stars and think big. Most of my success has stemmed from getting out of my comfort zone and thinking about bringing business to the company on more than just a local level market.
Mike was recently awarded the Gene Scoggins Award, a career-defining achievement awarded to the top performing salesperson within the expansive NationaLease network of truck leasing companies.
“This promotion validates that all of my previous work has not been unnoticed. My work is being recognized and the team wants me to continue to work with the other members of the team and duplicate the magic,” Mike said.
“I am so grateful for the people I work with and the company I work for. It is truly a blessing,” Mike concluded.
In Mike’s free time, he likes to travel, go to the mountains, hike, and is a big history fan.
