Aim Transportation Solutions is pleased to announce the promotion of Dean Kennedy to Director of Warranty and Training. Dean brings 33 years of industry experience, and in those 33 years, Dean has worn many hats on both the warranty and maintenance side that have helped him get to where he is today.
Beginning with Aim in 2018 as a repair advocate, Dean has routinely proven himself vital to Aim and the service we provide our valued customers. It wasn’t long before this was reflected in a promotion to Corporate Training Manager, the role he held prior to his well-deserved promotion.
Aim Transportation Solutions is thrilled to announce the promotion of Kory Stoudt to Senior Corporate Training Manager.
As Senior Corporate Training Manager, Kory will oversee the day-to-day training tasks including corporate and regional training while providing field tech support to all of Aim’s technicians.
Kory loves working at Aim because the company allows him to further his career through continued education, and he gets great support from his managers and management.
Since joining Aim Transportation Solutions, Justin Torgerson has proven to be an elite diesel technician, and so it is with great pleasure we announce his well-deserved promotion to service manager.
Justin began his career with Aim in 2008 as a diesel mechanic. From there, he entered Aim’s apprenticeship program and was promoted to working foreman in March of 2021.
“I grew up working on cars and trucks as a child with my father,” Justin said when asked why he decided to become a diesel mechanic. “I always wanted to go into something like being a diesel mechanic. I have always liked working with heavy machinery.”
Aim Transportation Solutions is honored to share that the Best Practice Institute (BPI) has certified Aim as a Most Loved Workplace®. Based on employee feedback and responses, this certification spotlights companies where employees are happiest and most satisfied at work.
If you were to ask any Aim employee, whether in the hallway, stepping out of a truck or working under the hood, what they love most about Aim, nine times out of ten they’ll have the same answer: the people. That’s because, as a family-owned and -operated company, the idea of family is front and center in everything we do. It’s instilled in every action, every conversation and every decision. It is the company culture.
David Couse has been promoted to business development specialist. He began his career with Aim as a regional rental manager in 2022.
